Elevator Design Package

For New Construction & Modernization Projects

Building drawings and layouts are reviewed to determine the optimal elevator application, elevator machine room, elevator pit alteration and/or significant details. We conduct a site visit to make a visual determination of the prevailing conditions, and make a determination of the feasibility of the elevator installation, based upon our research and comparison with existing site conditions. We provide elevator submittal drawings with PE endorsement for building approvals.

We carry stock for standard-length machined guide rails with various fishplates (Standard, seismic T-Type, Minimum Clearance) to suit different site requirements. Non-standard guide rails or customized length guide rails are also available upon request.

We offer a full line of Passenger cabs for use in the New

Construction or Modernization of Commercial or Residential buildings. In addition to the cab styles described below, wood core, steel shell, and observation glass cabs are available and can be customized to suit your project’s needs.

Upon request, any of Columbia’s cabs can be built to meet UL-certification, which ensures compliance to the A17.1 code. Columbia is the only company in the industry to be able to offer this certification.

Our Warehousing & Delivery Services

Warehousing products and materials safely and securely is a top priority at Avrise. Our clean, climate-controlled facility is fully equipped for large cargo storage, management and delivery. Our warehouse located in New Jersey is able to provide delivery services directly to project sites in the Tri-state region.
